We project manage through leadership and guidance of your internal project team through all stages of a project to ensure success.  In a typical project we;

• Identify your business system requirements by analysing and mapping your processes

• Shape and build you ITT documents with you

• Identify vendors and manage the invitation to tender process

• Attend system selection demonstrations / help you make the "best" system choice

• Ensure the selected vendors final proposal to you is properly scoped and budgeted.

• Facilitate on the final vendor system sign off process between you and the selected vendor

• Facilitate, review shape or build project plans

• Get vendor buy in on project plans

• Monitor vendor performance on the plan, identify pinch points / critical path activities

• Attend project review meetings with your vendors / directors / management team / provide feedback &   guidance

•  Manage UAT testing 

•  Ensure system training has been undertaken sufficiently

• Identify project pinch points early and address these with the project team

• Oversee go live periods

• Manage projects across their full lifecycle from system selection to post implementation  

• Provide regular project status reports to management
